Default editing address book provider fg

my outlook address book does not show newly added email accounts. i notice
the "Address book provider" is pointing to a folder on my computer. how do i
change the address book provider to point to microsoft exchange server so
that i constanlly have the latest addresss list? i try to edit the address
book provider text box but it doesn't allow me to make changes to it. i
believe my outlook has set the address book provider to cache. how do i
change this?

thanks for your help.

It might be helpful for others if you post a summary of the problem and your
