Default Is there a way to save the "sent" history to another computer

We have one of our employees that keeps using his laptop at work, and we
like him to stop it. He keeps telling us that he needs the history of the
"sent" folder at home and at work. Is there no way to save or copy that from
his work computer (a workstation, instead of the Laptop) to his home
computer???????/

Yes, he can backup Sent Items.dbx and import it. See
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/faqs/how.htm#importdbx.

(Or you could fire him for insubordination.)
