How do i change the language of windows xp

I baught a pc with the russian version of Windows xp proffessional already
installed.Is there a way to change the language or do i have to buy xp in
english and reinstall my computer...

You'd be better off asking this in a newsgroup related to Windows XP. This
newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.

If it's truly a Russian version (as opposed to a MUI, or Multilingual User
Interface), then I believe the answer is yes, you will have to purchase a
new English version.
