Default How do I increase the time on a sound within a rule in Outlook?

When a message is received that has a rule applied, the sound that plays is
truncated. Just a little blip. The regular sound alert when a message is
received is fine and plays the necessary amount of time. This is only
happening within a rule applied.

Is another sound played later as well? Such as the default incoming mail
sound? Or does another mail come in as well? Then it will automatically stop
the current playing sound.
