replicating text boxes on pages
How can I replicate a text box in the same position on all odd pages of a
Word document? i need to make a text box appear on the right-hand side of all odd pages in a report. if this isn't possible, is there a way to do this with a graphic? |

One method would be to choose "Different odd/even" headers and footers in
File | Page Setup | Layout, and then anchor your text box to the odd-page header. The text box can be anywhere on the page, not just in the header or footer area. Format the text box to be either behind text or with square or tight text wrapping, depending on what you're trying to do with the text box.
