I publish a e-newsletter monthly and broadcast to about 150 customers. One
of them notified me today that they could only read about the 1st 1/3 of the
document. I send this document by selecting the "send this page as message"
from the File drop-down menue. Is there setting that they need to change? I
resent it and the same results.

thanks,
Jamey

When Publisher sends as a message the document is changed into HTML. If this is
the only recipient having an issue with your newsletter, then I suspect the
problem is with the way she/he receives email.
