Accessing Outlook

I have installed Microsoft Small Business 2002 to my laptop after having the
modem replaced. When I open Microsoft Outlook, I am getting an error "Unable
to start processing services. Could not open the item. Try again" Then when
I try to expand Outlook Today, I received the error "Unable to expand the
folder. The set of folders could not be opened. Could not open them. Try
again." I moved the outlook.pst file from my other laptop, validated the
path for the data file, etc. and can still not get it to open properly. I
have copied my outlook.pst file to other computers and it has worked fine.
HELP!!!
