Database Report Hangs

I have Visio for Enterprise Architects installed with SP3, running on XP Pro
SP2. I have created several database diagrams successfully. When I try to
generate the Database Reports, Visio Hangs and I need to cancel it using the
Windows Task manager. I have tried sending the report direct to the printer,
Print preview and to .rtf file and I get the same results.

I did notice on one occasion when trying to switch to another window that I
got a message indicating that Visio had another window open that I needed to
close first, however the only Visio window that was open was the main window.


I hope someone has a solution for me as I have spent many hours reverse
engineering the tables and creating the diagrams.
