Default Viewing and printing note field

I print my contact list for use on the road and I have a need to view
everything in the note field. When viewed in the detailed card style and
trying to print same, the note field does not show all the notes in a
contact that has more than eight lines of notes. How can I expand this?
Thanks for your help.

Darrell

Either use the Memo style to print individual contacts in their entirely or use the Tools | Mail Merge command start a merge in Word, where you can lay out the fields however you like, including all the notes.
