Default Creating a bookmark in Publisher 2003

I know that publisher does not have bookmark templates, but I create a custom
one from directions I found on microsoft. My problem is that on a page of
four bookmarks that should be evenly spaced and centered, the two bookmarks
on each end are not centered they are shoved over to the right/or left
respectively. Is this because of printer margins? This is driving me crazy!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

If it is your printer margin limitations, adjust the bookmarks to fit. Are you
using perforated commecial stock? Are all the bookmarks the same?
