Default Visio print to pdf

how can I eliminate the default file name that begins with "Visio-"? For
example I want to print a file named "flowchart" to a pdf in Visio. The
default file name that comes up is "Visio-flowchat". I would like it to be
only "flowchart". Is this possible?

when I use the v2007 publish as pdf, I don't see that. Are you sure this is
a visio issue?

I am not using publish as pdf to get a pdf. I am using print and selecting
Adobe as my printer. In all the other microsoft office programs the default
file name is the name of the file that I am printing except for the .pdf
extension. When I print to Adobe in Visio I get the "Visio-" prefix on the
file name. I am not sure if this is a visio issue, I was hoping to find out.

This is the typical name construction you get with Visio when doing print,
and selecting Adobe as the printer. In V2007, there's an addon download,
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/vi...675271033.aspx, (I mistakenly
thought this was part of V2007) which provides the capability to do the
"Publish as" eliminating the Visio prefix, as I indicated in the previous
posting of this topic--cute minor title tweak.
