I am rather some what new and old to Access I found a basic database template
that will work can anyone help me tweak it?

If you're asking for paid-for help then you're in the wrong place - this
group is for peer-to-peer support without charge. Any offers you did get
would be from people who don't respect this - draw your own conclusions.
