sorting addresses
I use Outlook 2000 IMO.
Is there any way to configure my addressbook so that for every contact, the name is always displayed last name, first name? It's not an issue when you view the address book (because you can sort the names there), but it *is* an issue when you try to create distribution lists and have to select members. Then it depends on how each contact is configured to display - and it's a drag to have to set each one individually! Thanks for your help! Steve .. |
