Default How do I add dictionaries (languages) to outlook express?

Outlook Express seems to have only the "French (France)" dictionary
installed. How do I add "English (United States)"?
This computer has WinXP Pro (SP3), IE7, and Office Basic 2007 installed.

Outlook Express is not part of Office and does not understand the
dictionary of Office 2007. Please visit google.com and download the
dictionary of your choice.

Outlook Express doesn't have its own proofing tools. Prior to Office 2007 it
would use the Office proofing tools but due to some revisions they are no
longer compatible. Your choices a

- Upgrade OE to Windows Live Mail:
http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
- Install third-party proofing tools such as those found he
http://geocities.com/vampirefo/

- Copy/paste to Word, check the spelling and make corrections, copy/paste
back to your email.
