Default Track Expired Fields?? NOVICE USER!!

Please accept my appology in advance as i ask for directions on how to run
this on the most simple terms, provided there is a way.

I am currently tracking training for my employees. What are my options for
me to get notified for individuals pass due on a certain training? Entry
field box turns from transparent to red showing someone being out of
date/pass due???? I have the name of the training and under it is an

Your message appears to be incomplete. You could use conditional formatting
on a report, or you could open a form or report based on a parameter query
that includes only records of those whose training is past due. To say more
I would need to know something about your database's structure and design.
