Default change calendar scheduling defaults

My outlook calendar schedule defaults to end time +1day. Is there a way to
change that default?

Could you be more explicit in your description? Include your Outlook

My out look is 2007. I just updated because I got a new computer and
operating system. I have no idea about the PST or exchange. I am not sure
