Excel Chart Sizing

Hi All
Hopefully someone will have an answer for me. I currently
create a lot of charts in excel and like them to be a
specific size every single time, the trouble is that in
Excel there is no way to size a chart. Does anyone know of
a plug-in that is available for this task? or what is the
best graphing/charting program out there for this?

Any help would be fabulous!

Thanks alot for the link, I've downloaded the executable
and it's fantastic!

Would you please tell me, what are the units of measure
being used in the sizing (points, etc?)
