You will just need PowerPoint Viewer. PowerPoint Viewer 2003 can be

The full version of Microsoft PowerPoint is NOT required to open and view a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation
(.ppt), Microsoft PowerPoint SlideShow (.pps), or Microsoft PowerPoint Template (.pot). The free PowerPoint Viewer is all that is needed to open and view PowerPoint files.
