Default Eamil formatting

I want a typed email address to show up as plain text and not a link to send
an email to that person. How do I do that?

When you finished entering the email-adress, simply click Alt+Z (undo).

Also... you could just right click and then Select the option to REMOVE
HYPERLINK.
