Default displaying of soft page breaks

One of the my users is complaining that on 'normal' view
mode, soft page breaks (I.e. automatic ones) are not being
displayed on the screen. They are using Word 2002 on
Windows NT 4.0 SP6a.

This is only a problem because another user, running Word
2002 on Windows 2000 SP4, CAN see the soft page breaks on
normal view.

I know they can always use print layout view instead, but
that's not what they want.

The two users are using the same file (at different times)
and would like to both be able to view the soft breaks.
Hard page breaks (manual ones) ARE being shown on both
machines.

I can't find any differences in the word setups on either
machine, can anyone point out the problem?

Check to make sure that background repagination isn't disabled (General tab
of Tools | Options).
