Default Combo Box won't select

I have a combo box set up and it shows the drop-down selections, but when I
try to choose one of the selections nothing happens. My Row Source Type is
Table/Query and my Row Source is set to:

SELECT [Loss Reason].ID, [Loss Reason].[Loss Reason] FROM [Loss Reason];

Limit to list is No, enabled is Yes. Please help!

Check the locked property and make sure the control is not locked.

If that doesn't do it, then check the form's locked property.

If that doesn't do it, is the combo-box bound to a field? If it is, is the
form's underlying record source updateable?

Forms Locked property? Don't you mean the "AllowEdits" property
