.msp files missing
I had to reinstall windows 2000 operating system and now
cannot remove or install office 2000. Apparently all of my .msp files are gone from previous updates. How can I reinstall from my office 2000 cds? Thanks |

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility from the
following article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en- us;290301 Once you have it installed, you will launch it. Office 2000 will be listed in the removal list. Remove it. This only severs the Windows installer registry information. Reinstall Office 2000, then apply the patches to it. -----Original Message----- I had to reinstall windows 2000 operating system and now cannot remove or install office 2000.
