Nico
I may be operating in too much ignorance here, so take my observations with a grain of salt ... I thought that Crystal Reports gave you a way to generate reports based on a set of data. If that's accurate, then I don't see how Access can "read" a Crystal Reports, any more than it could read a PDF file. Are you looking to do in Access (i.e., create a report) what you've done in Crystal Reports? If so, point Access at the same data store and create the report in Access. Good luck! Crystal reports
Hi Jeff,
I have not explained well. I have done the reports with crystal reports and now I wanted to create a "report viewer" by using Access and Crystal Reports DLLs. I know that Visual Studio or Visual Basic 6 has been made this viewer.... I wanted to do the same thing using Access. I would guess the Crystal Reports ActiveX viewer control would work on an
Access form. It's just a weird concept since if Access is in the mix you usually use Access reporting. Try installing the ActiveX viewer and adding a reference and see if you can put the control on a form. http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...tiv ex+viewer HTH, Mark "cubalibre via AccessMonster.com" u59711@uwe wrote in message news:a7572f4db3168@uwe...
