My version was downloaded via internet but computer crashes are becoming more
common

You could have selected the option to pay extra for the cd/dvd
If you didnt, log back on to Digital River & see if you can still order the
media.

Otherwise save the installation files you download, also keep a copy of the
Product key & any receipt

Hi,
there is another way to obtain my product key. Because computer crashed and
I got no receipt, no e-mail no proof of purchase of a Home & Student Office.

Depends on version of Win and whether your IE or other browser has been set
up to store downloads in other than default win location.
Possibly 'My Download Files' on C
