To repeat the table header if using a section break
Go to where you want to apply the break
Then, go to Home Paragraph Page Break Before

Sue, try unchecking "Heading rows repeat", reselect yr table header, and
check "Heading rows repeat" again. I don't know why but sometimes it
mriaculously solves the problem.
