Default In Picture Manager, how can i lay a grid over a photo

In Microsoft Office Picture Manager, i would like to be able to add a grid to
aid me in painting a picture from a photo, anybody know if this is possible?

There are several needlework design programs that will let you do that.

With a bit of work, you could probably do something with Excel.

Default In Picture Manager, how can i lay a grid over a photo

You really cannot edit a picture in Picture Manager. It can do a few editing
tasks, but adding a grid isn't one of them.

Word has a grid, you can create grid lines in Publisher and almost any good
photo edit program has grid capabilities.
