In Picture Manager, how can i lay a grid over a photo
In Microsoft Office Picture Manager, i would like to be able to add a grid to
aid me in painting a picture from a photo, anybody know if this is possible?

There are several needlework design programs that will let you do that.

In Picture Manager, how can i lay a grid over a photo
You really cannot edit a picture in Picture Manager. It can do a few editing
tasks, but adding a grid isn't one of them.
