Does anyone know if I will be able to open a file with Publisher that
was created with Art explosion Publisher Pro.

No, unless it is a common image format. What is the extension name? You can go

It will tell you what program if any can open the file.

Art Explosion is a completely different company. Your best bet would be to
use copy and paste.
