in organisation chart, how do I add a co worker to the boss?

Has Organisation chart changed in Office, I need to do an organisation chart
with two bosses and I can't access co-worker at the top level, can anyone
help?

Turn off Autolayout on the Org Chart toolbar, add a box in the Org Chart by
using the drawing tools on the Drawing Toolbar (not the actual Org Chart
tools), then drag the box the correct place beside the current boss. Add a
connectors as necessary. Connectors are also available on the Drawing
Toolbar under Autoshapes.

Finally, if you need to delete other connectors in the Org Chart, just hide
those connectors (choose No Line for the connector color). If you delete
them, the box will disappear also.
