Default transfer of links

Hello all,

Here's the problem.
I have 10 clubs.
I receive 120 spreadsheets per week which is 12 each for
10 clubs.
These hit my "C" drive. I then have 10 folders on the "C"
drive relevant to the club. In each folder are another 6
spreadsheets that have links to the sheets on the "C"
drive.
What i want to do is update the 6 sheets in the folder
for the sheets in "C" then archive the sheets in "C"
somewhere else so that "C" does not get too big.

How do i get the links in the sheets in the folder to
follow the archived sheets? Can this be done by way of
VBA?
The clerks using the sheets are not confident at changing
links manually.

I hope i have explained myself clearly enough.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I got a bit confused.
It would be helpful if you could just talk about 1 file that you intend
to move.

Where is it moving from
What files does it link to (including path)?
Where is it moving to?
Which version of Excel?
