Default Pass Parameters in Hyperlink

Is there a method to create a hyperlink in a cell where the hyperlink is
to a batch file that requires a %1 parameter passed to it?

I'd like to simply add a hyperlink like the following:

"\\servername\sharename\file.bat parameter"

But that does not work.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!
