Skip files on install
I have never installed Access from my Office 2000 installation disk, but
need it now. The install routine is having trouble with some files under ....\office\bitmaps\styles. They do exist on the install disk, but presumably are bad. I have taken the install selections down to the bare bones in order to try not to involve these files, but it hasn't worked. Is there any way to skip these files and complete the install? Thanks. |

If you have the space on the hard drive, copy the CD ove to it then try
installing from that location. If you hae a bad CD it will not be able to copy over or you may have a bad CD-Rom. |
