Outlook Properties option is greyed out
Hello:
I have running Terminal Server 2003 with Office 2003. On the properties for the Contacts you have an option on the "Outlook Address Book" tab that says "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". I think this is due to a setting in the Office 2003 GPO template but I can not seem to find it. Does anyone know where this is? Harrison Midkiff |

More likely, the current mail profile does not contain the Outlook Address

Hi Harrison,
According to your description, I know you want to find E-mail address books. At first, thank Sue for her suggestion. As Sue suggested, you may perform the following steps to find it: 1. Click Tools - Email Accounts¡* 2. Select View or change existing directories or address books and click Next. 3. Under Name list, you may find it. I hope this information helps. If you need further assistance on this issue, I would suggest you submit this post in microsoft.public.outlook.general newsgroup, as they are best suitable to helping you with Outlook issues.
