Text replace - do I need Visual Basic?
Hi everybody,
Am I being stupid? I have built some Powerpoint presentations for gap-fill exercises (I am an English teacher) it's fine if only one gap exists on a slide or if several gaps on one slide are found in order. I would like to be able reveal each gap in the order in which my students find them. Any ideas? Thanks, Simon |

No VBA needed. Lets assume you have a blue background on the slide.
Put your line of text together. Place a blue box (same color as background) over the word to be hid. Set its animation to exit on click. Does that do it for you? Hi Simon
To have them reveal in the order the students guess them you will need to use triggers to have the boxes Austin described disappear.
