Default PowerPoint 2002

I am using PowerPoint 2002 upgrade. I cannot open earlier (e.g., '95 or '97)
PowerPoint files. Is there a way to do this?

Sandy, there should be no problem to do so. Do you get an error? Can you
open the 95/97-files on another computer? It could be that the files are
corrupt and cannot be opened on any machine.
