Default image resize problem

I use outlook express for my email.
When I try to send a picture it used to ask if i want it resized..
I could send original or reduce the size.
Something happened and I doesn't ask anymore.. it just wants to send
the full size pic.
Where can i change it to resize the image when i send an email.?

Any help ?
Jeff

Default image resize problem

Make sure no programs are running. (IE, OE, etc.).

Copy and paste the command in Start | Run:

REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL

Click OK and reboot. Turn off and power back up. Don't use Turn Off |
Restart.

Or:

Disable [or Enable] Resize Graphic - Send To (Line 269, Left Side)
