autoformat templates Access 2007
Hello all! We are upgrading to Access 2007. When I try to make a new form and
use AutoFormat, or edit one such as in the Northwind example DB, I only get a solid color(and not even the one in the format), not the format or design I chose. I have tried this on multiple machines with Vista and XP o/s, even reinstalling Office but the same outcome. We are not trying anything fancy, just fresh install and a form for a table. Thanks to anyone with ideas. |

I tried your setting and I can reproduce it when I use the autoformat to a
mdb in compatibility mode (Access 2002-2003 file format). When I create a brand new accdb in 2007 it will use the autoformat colors. So could it be that you are using mdb's for testing in 2007 if so try converting them (a copy first ofcourse) to the new 2007 file format. Then apply the autoformat and see if this makes a change. hth -- Maurice Ausum "Solveitmm" wrote: Hello all! We are upgrading to Access 2007. Thank you for your reply. That was the root of the problem. Thanks again.
