Default Outlook Export to .pst

Since you cannot filter records during the export itself, you have to create an extract of your mail folder before you start the export:

1. Create a view of your mail folder based on the range of dates you want to export (View Arrange By Current View Define Views)

2. Activate your filtered view and click Edit|Select All, then Edit|Copy To Folder...

3. Click the "New..." Button, create a temporary folder to hold the records you want to export then click OK.

4. Start your export and use the folder you created in step 3 as your source.

5. Delete the temporary folder when you've finished the export.
