Autofit
I frequently create a spreadsheet of places, distances,
and times - essentially as a journey planner and guide. Normally I create it in TNR 8pt but when I try to boost it to 14pt for the final copy and use Autofit, the columns are truncated. They look OK on screen but print preview shows them as being about 5% too narrow. Anybody any ideas? |

Yes, I could do that. But why should I want to when Excel
has an Autofit facility? Allegedly. -----Original Message----- Expand the width of the column? wrote in message ... : I frequently create a spreadsheet of places, distances, : and times - essentially as a journey planner and guide. : Normally I create it in TNR 8pt but when I try to boost : it to 14pt for the final copy and use Autofit, the : columns are truncated. : They look OK on screen but print preview shows them as : being about 5% too narrow. : Anybody any ideas? . |
