there's not enough memory error

Hi,
Sometimed while working on my database I get a terrible error message that
says "there's not enough memory to perform this action.Close unneeded
programs and try the operation again",then whenever i try to open this form
in design view or in form view i get the same message,is there a way to deal
with the form?

Bad news! Not that I've found! BUT go back to your last backup, copy it!!
then repair and compact the original and start from there again!

with a problem/complicated form keep copying it within the data base as you
develop it.

If the problem persists just rebuilld it frm scratch - it doesn't usually
take as long as you anticipate!
