Default Is there a way to adjust the size of an imbedded picture?

I'm trying to create a "form" letter using the Report feature. I'd like it to
emulate my company letterhead with a header and footer but when I place these
..jpgs they are too large to display correctly. Is this the best way to try to
accomplish this?

Assuming you are displaying them in a Control, click the Control, place the
cursor over one of the handles so it turns into a double-ended arrow, then
click and drag. If you use a corner handle, it will preserve the aspect
ratio (width-to-height). In the SizeMode property of the Control, choose
Zoom, which also will preserve the aspect ratio.
