Default Stationary Text in Template

I'm trying to create a party/function template for my restaurant. Ideally, I
would like to open the template and fill in the blanks with the info (dates,
guests, kitchen notes, etc.). Is it possible to make it so the text in the
template doesn't shift on the page when I type in the new information?

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and
especially the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
And most forms designers use tables with auto resizing disabled and exact
row heights and preferred column widths specified.
