Default Is there a "Yellow Pad" template for Microsoft Word?

I want to type on a "Yellow Pad" instead of writing on one. When the page
prints, I'd like it to print with the underlining just like it looks on a
yellow pad (except that the background would be the color of whatever paper I
use, of course!)

Come to think of it, the printing isn't the important part to me; just being
able to type from line to line is.

I don't really see why you need lines to type on; it's not like your typing
is going to go uphill or downhill without them. But you can create a table
(with horizontal inside borders) in a text box anchored to the header, with
Behind Text wrapping.
