Default SubForm Datasheet Column widths

I have a subform in datasheet mode.
How do I set the column widths so that they are the same all the time.
Am using Access2002

The easiest way is to use continuous form view instead of datasheet view but
design the form so that it "looks like" a datasheet.

Is there NO way to SET the column widths in Datasheet view?
