Hi is it possible to do a Word mailmerge using an Outlook Address Book as
the data source? A

The Outlook Address Book does not exist. You would use your Outlook Contacts

Thanks for that.
Do i need to have the 'USe as an Email Outlook Address Book' check box ticked - because they are all greyed out. and when i select mt Outlook Contacts for the datasource, I am getting a MAPI error and being told that the data source cannot be opened A "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ... You must first install the Outlook Address Book Service in your profile,
