Default Is it possible?

A couple days ago I asked a question in the Outlook Newsgroup here if it was
possible to change the layout of the default reading pane in the Custom
Installation Wizard. I was disappointed to find that that was impossible.
Well, now I am kind of pessimistic that some of the other default settings
that I want changed in Office 2003 wont be changable using the Custom
Installation Wizard. My simple question is, are any of the following default
settings changable using the Custom Installation Wizard. And if not, is there
some other way of installing Office with these changes?

Change the "Mail" pane to "Folder List" in Outlook
Turn off "Show in Groups" in Outlook
Get rid of "Auto Preview" in Outlook
Get rid of the "Getting Started" window at the startup of any Office
Application
Get rid of the "Microsoft Office User Enhancement" tray icon

I know there are ways to change them individually, but if it's possible to
make these changes and apply them to an installation of Office, it would be a
godsend.

Thanks.
