Default Office 2003

I have got Office 2003 installed using the English language as the default.
I send a lot of mail to Holland and would like the Dutch spell check and
dictionary installed. Could someone please tell me if it is possible to have
the Dutch language installed and how to do it. Any help would be much
appreciated.
