Imported mails from Outlook Express 6.0 LOST!
"Sawadogo Abdoul" wrote in message ... "Rohan" a écrit dans le message de news: ... I had to format my comp and re-instal XP, in that process, I have LOST ALL MY MAILS I had in outlook express, which btw were imported from my yahoo inbox. Now I can even view them in yahoo nor in outlook express! PLEASE HELP! how do I retrieve them back ? I also got a new hard drive, but do have the old one with me. It's probably best this way. Nothing good ever came from a yahoo mail account. That's why I filter them out at the server. |

DBXpress has an extract from disk feature that might be able to recover some
of them. See www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/ steve "Sawadogo Abdoul" wrote in message ... "Rohan" a écrit dans le message de news: ... As often as we hear these sob stories, you think there'd be a regular, "If you can't afford to lose it, you'd better have a 'backup' policy in place!", posting. But, there are some things that can only be learned through experience. Check out some of the backup solutions at: http://www.genie-soft.com/products/gbm/us/default.html I am not an employee or agent of the company. I am a satisfied user of their products. |

OETool (www.oehelp.com/OETool/) and OEQB (www.oehelp.com/OEBackup/) are both
free and in conjunction with each other will backup the OE settings and messages with a single button click with the capabilities of triple redundancy. There is no need to spend $50 on a program. Its also very easy to do manually. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#6 steve "Sinner" wrote in message ... "Steve Cochran" wrote in message ...
