Default uninstall office 2007 and install on separate machine

I own a copy of Office 2007. I have it installed on 2 machines. I need to
move it from one computer and put it on a new computer. How do I do this??

On the old, go to Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs and uninstall. On the
new, put in the CD and follow the instructions...
