Hi Danny,

I'm not familiar with the newsgroups offered by WebTV, but MSN does not
offer Usenet or other newsgroups. At one time the MSN dial-up ISP service
did offer Usenet access. The service was often unreliable and was
discontinued a few years ago. Anyone can still access the free newsgroups
offered by Microsoft for product support. Microsoft has also promoted its
Web-based groups for its product support in recent years.
