Public Folder Calendar Is Private appointment possible
Using Outlook 2007 / Exchange 2003/2007 in the middle of a transition.
I've been looking through Outlook and Exchange for the ability to make appointments in a Public Folder calendar private so it shows the dates/times as booked but no details of the appointment are shown. Within Outlook, the private button greys out when a meeting is created when the meeting is in a Public Folder Calendar. It is available in a personal Calendar so is this by design and not possible when using Public Folder calendar's either client or server side ? |

Public Folder Calendar Is Private appointment possible
Public calendars are public, so its logical that the private flag doesn't
work in them. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you keep Outlook open 24/7?
